The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin in Bangkok and I must say, I was never disappointed. The level of service and hospitality was excellent. the staff at the club lounge made check-in easy and continued to be great throughout my stay. The suite room was spacious and really clean. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of options. The hotel's location, right by the BTS train station and Terminal 21 mall, was convenient. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I liked that the hotel provided excellent service and the rooms were kept clean. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. the location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to public transportation and a nearby mall, providing us with easy access to food and shopping options.

Staying at this hotel was an exclusive experience. the luxurious amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, outdoor pool, and treatment rooms.

the poolside snack bar could have been better stocked and more frequently staffed, making it difficult to order drinks and food in a timely manner.

Complimentary use of the Westin Club with unlimited beer and wine during evening cocktails. Excellent breakfast spread with a variety of fresh juices, wheatgrass, and ginger. Superb location next to Asok subway station and Terminal 21 mall. Close proximity to small massage shops and a short walk to Healthland. Excellent gym with sauna and steam bath. Friendly and welcoming hotel staff.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs, like the outdoor pool and spa lounge. the prompt service from the staff, especially in the restaurant, was exceptional. the restaurant offered a delicious dinner menu, as well as special diet menus for those who required them.

While there was a TV in the room, there were no leisure or entertainment spaces such as a pool table or lounge area.
